The No Huddle Episode 11-10

It’s week 10 in the NFL, and of course, Fantasy Football.

Mark Chalifoux came in off the bench at that last minute, and engineered a winning drive. San Diego was stunned by Oakland Thursday night, thanks to some solid play by ex-Bengal Carson Palmer. Are Bengals fans still mad at their former QB? Mark Chalifoux isn’t. He explains why on the podcast.

There’s a full slate of games this Sunday. Here’s the latest news.

WR Andre Johnson is out again.

WRs Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham are questionable for Sunday’s game.

WR Julio Jones was held out of practice Friday, but should play.

With RB Mark Ingram back for the Saints, it looks like the backfield just got a little more crowded in New Orleans.

QB Tom Brady faces the league’s top pass defense, so what do you do? Well, he’s still Tom Brady, so you’ve got to start him.

QB Kevin Kolb will likely not play against Philadelphia, lowering the value of Cardinal receiver Larry Fitzgerald. RB Beanie Wells, on the other hand, could be solid start versus one of the league’s poorest run defenses.

If you’re out of it, or almost out of it, now is the time to start planning for 2012. Take notice of who’s playing well particularly in the second half of the season. Determine what offenses have solid starters at WR and RB, as opposed to committees. Start a list and keep it tucked away on your mobile device or computer. Also, experiment with match-ups, or start players based on a certain site or analysts recommendations, and see how those prognosticators fare.

Come next August you’ll have the insight you need to draft a dominating team.
